Both cut and cut-by numbers are IDs, not values. The first is the ID of
the patch, the second the ID of patches that will be cut off if this
patch is triggered. If I didn't mix something up :)
This is similar to exclusion-groups, commonly used to make hi-hat sounds
mute each other. The difference: you don't have pairs, so a patch can
cut another without being cut itself.
I wasn't aware of it having envelopes. However, there are filter cutoff
envelopes, right? :)
