[specimen] using --name breaks open from command line

Hi

It seems that using "specimen --name some.beef" fails to open
"some.beef", it just opens with a blank one.

I looked at the specimen.c and it seems that "if (optind < argc)" (line
69) is false when called with --name. I tried grepping for "optind", but
didn't find anything, but at least that's where the problem is.

I might find time to look at it tomorrow unless someone else fixes it first.

BWT: Sorry, I forgot to mention that all mails from me today was with
0.5.2-rc3. Sorry, sorry...
