[specimen] feature request: shortcuts

Hi (again, again)

A few shortcuts like C-s, C-S-s C-o and C-n would be nice for "save 
bank", "save bank as", "open bank" and "new bank".

Oh, and while I'm here, if the menu Help->STFU! is just for debugging, 
maybe it should be disabled. It's been there for as long as I can 
remember...
