[specimen] autoconnect to jack

Hi

I just noticed that specimen connects to the first writeable client
under jack. I don't think it used to be this way, at least I *always* do
all routings manually, so either someone changed it or my new install
behaves different (somehow allowing specimen to connect, whereas the old
one didn't).

Anyways, I strongly feel that this shouldn't be this way! I can make a
patch (allowing a commandline option, like "--no_auto_jackconnect").
However I have a question how to make this cleanly: The connect happens
in jackdriver.c in the if starting around line 331. What would be the
cleanest way to let this function (start() in jackdriver.c know about a
boolean value set in specimen.c?

Also it seems that the short -n option (the long one is fine) is not
working (it's simply disregarded), can anyone confirm this?
