[specimen] jack-keyboard and specimen jack-midi port

I tried reproducing this with jack 0.103.0 + specimen svn + jack-keyboard 
1.8r2, but specimen works without a problem. Are you sure that everything 
else is OK with your setup?

One thing I noticed was that jack-keyboard automatically connects to specimen, 
at least when I launch specimen first. Have you checked if there's any funky 
auto-connection thing going on that's causing your trouble?
