I was thinking of adopting it myself  :-). I recently became the

Looking throught the orphaned packages list there are a  number of packages
of a multimedia/pro-audio nature than could be adopted by such a group.

FOr instance it would make sense for whoever adopts specimen to also
adopt phat which speciment depends on.
